• You are responsible for your journal entries, audio uploads, and interactions.
• You retain ownership of your content. By using analysis or transcription features, you grant us the limited right to process your data solely to provide those features.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, UI, designs, text (excluding your own entries), graphics, and software on Visualize Tomorrow are owned by the platform or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without written permission.

5. AI Features & Limitations

AI-generated insights, summaries, and transcripts are for informational and self-reflection purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the platform, you consent to processing as described there. Please review it regularly for updates.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time; certain provisions will survive termination as required by law or their nature.
