1. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • When you cancel, access to paid features remains active until the end of your current access period (where applicable).
  • A cancellation itself does not automatically generate a refund (see Refunds below).

2. Refunds

  • Because our program is a digital, immediately accessible experience, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
  • Exceptions may be considered for: duplicate charges, accidental overbilling, or verified technical issues that prevent reasonable use despite troubleshooting.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Device or browser incompatibility when alternatives are available
  • Partial completion or non-use of the 100-day program
